I’m teaching an class for writers who have already written a mystery or have tried their hand at a first draft, and would like to take their writing to the next level. In this class, students will receive both in-depth instructor and peer feedback for up to 8,000 words of their mystery novel. Through the revision process, students will learn to hone their craft, and find out how to create a successful manuscript, including plot, character, dialogue, setting, suspense, conflict, action, viewpoint, and tense. Students will also learn more about the various mystery genres, and even how to get published.
